Through a grant and help from Lassen National Forest using Storrie Fire Settlement
That job is to camp and sit near the trail, at Spring Valley Lake, and talk with every vehicle
coming through, getting some basic information, giving them a brochure, a WAG BAG,
toilet information, an oil spill kit and any help they may need or want.
The pay is $ 50.00 per 1/2 day from noon Friday, to sleep time; $ 100.00 for Saturday to
sleep time; and $ 50.00 to noon Sunday, and $ 100.00 per full day over holiday weekends.
Hours are reasonable, whenever there is traffic until sleep time.
You may work 1/2 day, two days, or all weekends, your call. You can even split a shift
half days, you can work alone, or with your family, or group or club, but the pay will be
per 1/2 day, or full day not per person.
The shifts will start August 26 and run every Friday noon to sleep ( 1/2 day); / Saturday
all day to sleep- full day; / Sunday until noon through November 14
